The front desk staff were nice and helpful . The housekeeping service ensured my room was spotlessly clean. I didn't see a single speck of dust. I spent two wonderful nights here..
The air conditioning could not be adjusted in my room. The temperature remained between 22 and 25 degrees Celsius, it became quite warm at night.

Breakfast had plenty of options. different milk types were available. Vegan options were also present. the hotel provided parking. the architectural design seemed excellent.
I found drinks at the bar expensive. there seemed to be only one draft beer choice. bar staff was unhelpful. Some were even rude. Service seemed slow.
